Compagnie de Provence has given artist iLK™ carte blanche to decorate its renowned liquid Marseille soap and make a special edition out of it. iLK™, whose cultural background is street art and hip hop, turns graffiti into his favourite artistic exploration ground. With the idea of rekindling the graphic and urban world of Compagnie de Provence, the artist imagined a pair of bottles covered with graffiti in the style of wall murals, both decorative and yet controversial. Inspired by Marseille – fascinating city of contrasts which shows to be alternately popular and friendly or proud and rebellious, ILK chose to reveal this duality. His imagination gave birth to 2 graffiti illustrating the virtually mythological contrast between Heaven and Hell. Made from vegetable oil and natural glycerin, this liquid Marseille soap is produced in a cauldron according to tradition. Discover its fresh, energizing fragrance: the sparkling sharpness of the citrus fruits is enhanced by stimulating green hints and vibrant woody notes.
